A 3 bed Victorian terrace in SE London in a quiet location set back from the main road.

The refurb works included removing chimney breasts, moving walls, putting in 3 ensuite shower rooms and knocking through the kitchen to create a lounge /diner.

The kitchen floor also had to be reinforced (“do it once, do it right” is Elsie’s motto) however the builders worked throughout the Christmas period to get the house ready for the rental market in January.
