Morton Road

It’s the same old adage that property should be held for the long term and Morton Road is a prime example of this.

There are some people who swear that property doubles in value every 10 years however Elsie believes this is area specific and it is all about investing in an area, which will appreciate in value in the long run.

Morton Road was Elsie’s first investment property back in 2005 and over the years it was increased in value considerably.

Since 2005, this property has only been void for a maximum of 8 days (and that was due to painting works takeing place).

Due to proximity to the city, tenants are mainly bankers and lawyers.
